Will I qualify?

Hi

I have a US Masters degree. (during masters I had assistantship and worked in the school as a Information system Analyst for 20hrs a week for 1 year and 8 months)

I was working in India as Information System Analyst (Business Intelligence) for 1 year (full time) and had done internship for 1 year in India.

I have also been working in OPT (1 year continous) here in USA in business Intelligence as a consultant for BIG 5 consulting company (contractor). I am currently in OPT and have been approved for H1b which starts from 1-OCT-2009. I can show last 12 months pay stubs totaling $70k

I have a very high TOEFL score and I am having basic knowledge of FRENCH.

Will I qualify for FSW or AINP? if so when can I apply? if else what more do I need? How long should I wait to qualify?

from what i see, you don't qualify for FSW1 based on no ministerial criteria job.

You could try Quebec if your french is good enough or you could try for AINP after you have H1B. I don't know if you need one year of work experience in the US or 1 year in the US on the H1B.
