Why the Oath in Mississauga is on the spot while it is 3-4 month in Montreal

The thing is that they tell you the CJ needs to review and approve.. then why in Mississauga there is no need for such a review?

It's related to the new system implemented in effect to the C-24 bill. Maybe they just didn't implement the new process in Montreal. I'm sure we'll have some new reports soon. The thing is that I seldom see Montreal applicants in this forum. Or is it just an impression?
