who can sponser, blood relation or any one

i don't know anybody in canada else my wife sister's brother in law.
his sponsership acceptable or not, while i am on occupation list and already have + 67 points. but for the safe side.

Wife sister's brother in law is not related to her so you can not get points for him if you apply for FSW. If he lives in Manitoba and he gets another person to sign up for your sponsorship as well, he might be able to sponsor you under their PNP, that is if he wants to.

You mean to say in manitoba anybody can sponser to any person either he is relatives or not???
I heard from someone that, in Saskatchewan a person who is living for minimum 1 year can sponser to anybody (like friends, non relatives) on his sponsership is this true???
