Which marriage date to use in forms , cermony date or registeration date ??

i married in oct 2010 as form of relegious cermony but we registered it in FEb 2011
the marriage certificate mention the registeration date

i am afraid to face problems due to that and do not know which date to use
and how can i describe the problem

You put the actual date you were married, not when it was registered.

The marriage certificate should have 3 dates: the marriage date, registration date, and the date certificate was issued.

You include the actual date of your marriage because registration date can be late at times.
