Hello Immigration Experts,
My wife got a scholarship from Canadian university which is consist of tuition fee and living cost for 2 years. Now we are getting ready for visa applying process. Problem we have is whether I need to apply visiting visa or spouse visa as I am her spouse. Why we worry is if I can't go then she also wouldn't go. So we need to make sure that we are following the correct path. We have a limited time. Semister will be started next September, so we need to arrange everything withing this time frame.
Could you please advise us on this question?
