where to send ppr docs outside canada/us?

Hi gurus,

hopefully someone can advise me on where i should be sending my ppr docs to. as per CIC's website it only provides information for applicants in the US & Canada. I'm from a visa exempt country and thus will only need to send a photocopy of my passport + photos. Should i be sending it straight to CPC Ottawa or can i just email them the soft copy? i'vé emailed CIC but havent received any reply yet.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait for a response. Other applicants have said that they got a second PPR request with instructions to send the PP/PP pages to their local visa office.

Some people had better luck with faxing the VO change request; maybe you could try that.
