Where can I upload academic records for study permit?

Hi everyone,
I recently submitted my study permit application but it was rejected because they said I was missing my academic records. But even after I started a new online application, there's no slot to upload marksheets. Where should I upload my marksheets then? Or is there a particular question on the eligibility questionnaire which I need to answer differently to get the place to upload?

In the "Letter of Explanation" or Client Information section , upload everything like , 10th , 12th , IELTS , employment letter , granted leave from employer , property documents or business registrations that prove home ties , if graduate , upload degree certificates and transcripts . If resident of other country , upload that countries' ID cards , immigration documents that prove status of immigration in country of residence .



Hope this helps , I did same , got my visa approved .
