When to apply for September 2018 intake?

Hey guys i have completed my 12th this year and got my results on 26th May ,
I have the offer letter from the university of Calgary
I haven't done medical yet , and also haven't paid the tution fees , am i too late? What should i do next?
I want to go in September 2018 intake.

Apply now for September before it really could be too late. Guidelines and forms are all on the IRCC website

Hi bro! How much timw will it take for my medical to be done.. Can i do it before filling my visa? Or will i be able to book an appointment only after i have lodged my file? How long does it take?
