We are in the Express Entry program heading to Ontario (we hope!) However, I am curious about people who end up crossing over the boarder into Quebec unexpectedly *after* landing.
If a family does not enter canada in Quebec and does *not* have a CSQ, but *does* have PR, what's it like to integrate into the medical/education/new comer system?
I've been looking for info on this for a while now and do not see anything remotely recent describing the experience. I know it is legal to relocate as PR, but not how much not having a CSQ would slow things down or be prohibitive in any way. Nor do I know how this would impact children (preschool age) in integrating into life in Quebec as quickly as possible.
Does anyone have any wisdom or experience to share?
Thanks!
