my brother is about to sponsor me but my problem is my annulment case is just starting. guess it will affect my application especially that we have a child. can anyone please advice me on what to do. or will i have to wait till my petition for annulment is granted? oh my that would be 2-3yrs from now

Just don't declare your ex as accompanying family member, i believe that there is a waiver form that you can sign for him not to be included in your application. I believe that your marital status should'nt be an issue

How is your brother going to sponsor you? Through a provincial nominee program?
