There have been changes to the fees for open work permits:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2015-02-09.asp

New fee for open work permit applicants

A fee of $100 will be collected, also starting February 21, 2015, from open work permit applicants. This fee will be paid at the same time as the work permit processing fee and can be paid online. The fees collected will offset the cost of new initiatives to improve data collection on the role of open work permit holders in the Canadian labour market, as well as increased promotional activities to encourage open work permit holders to apply for permanent residence.

At this point she will need to apply to restore her status and pay this fee in addition to the open work permit fees.

Additionally to the 155?, but the system it self only gives you the fee tha I paid, and when I received the letter, they did not mention an extra fee at all!!!

You can see the additional fee here as well (under work permits):

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

Yes - you need to pay $155 + $100 for your wife - per the announcement I quoted above. You'll also notice the new fees are mentioned at the top of the page linked above.

Thanks For your kindly answer, my mistake, I will apply again. I hope others learn from this. I never seen that extra charge. And the cic officers did not mention anything.

Make sure you pay the restoration fee as well since your wife is now out of status.

I want to get the temporary visit visa, should I pay for her restoration of status too?

Yes - she is out of status. You must pay for the restoration as well.
