What PNP will suit my profile

I am a bit confused as I just learned about the PNP recently and I would like to know what program might consider me eligible.

I am 28
Speak perfectly FR/EN
works 04 years category C in the NOK chart which is not eligible for entry express

Please let me know your opinion.

So you don’t have skilled experience in NOC A, B or 0? Research each province and see where NOC C skills are eligible. There will not be many but if fluent then you may have more opportunity. Assume you have done language tests and ECAs to even apply.
