What occupations fall under the heading "Skilled Worker". For example my fiance is a trained personal support worker/caregiver, hoping her job title's likewise on the list.

Following link may help you

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

Corresponding t 38 jobs listed ob above link, the job description (duties, roles and responsibilities) can be found at
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC-CNP/app/AboutNOC.aspx?lc=E

The list posted by ankit_20 is the list of the 38 most wanted occupations, that is the people who can apply for PR under the skilled worker program without a job offer or already being in Canada.

Many other occupations also fall under skilled work. You can look for occupations on the NOC website, also posted by ankit_20. Each occupation has a 4 digit code. The skilled jobs have codes either starting with 0 (manager positions) or if the first digit is not 0, then the second digit needs to be 1, 2 or 3. Somebody who has a skilled job but not in the list of 38 will need to either be in Canada at least 12 months as a worker or student to apply or they need a job offer.
