The login portal indicates that they have written to me in January, 2023 although I've not gotten the message in my email. I've checked all my inboxes including spam folder, no message. I've made enquiries and sent direct emails making a request to resend the email from January 2023 and gotten no response. It's been 20 months since I made an application for permanent residence family class spousal sponsorship which includes ARC. I've paid all fees involved and made submissions. Please how do I get their attention to proceed my application?
