I need your help cause this is driving me crazy haha.
Below is my JD and want to know what is the proper NOC. I'm confused between NOC 1313 and 1434. NOC 1313 was mainly what I was doing but I know that the JD received from the company should be somehow closer to the NOC chosen.
In order to have everything ready and organized, can you let me know if the chosen NoC 1313 is fine with the below or not?

- Handling medical and life policy issuance and administration according to policies and procedures.
- Ensure the newly assigned tasks are compiled with the company’s policy and procedures; underwriting guidelines.
- Develop quotations and proposals and submit them for approval.
- Follow department procedures and pricing models in generating medical quotations.
- To collaborate strongly with other departments as reinsurance to achieve the company’s goals in respect of service delivery.
- Refer to the line manager for final quoting and premium reductions approval.
- Maintain files and quotation register in an orderly manner consistent with the company’s guidelines.
- Manage client's accounts from account opening, issuance of premiums, and creation of policy in the system.
- For addition and deletions in any policy, prepare the necessary endorsements and calculating the pro-rate premium in respect of additions and deletions.
- Generate reinsurance bordereau quarterly and send it to the reinsurers.
- Handling claims for group life
- Register the claim received from the client.
- Report all claims received to the concerned parties.
- Register the claims received in the system and create a new file for each claim.
- Secure reinsurance approval for claims.
- Once approved, prepare the settlement to advise to be signed by the managers.
- Prepare release and subrogation letters and get it signed by the client before processing the claim.
- Once signed, generate the corresponding credit note, reinsurance distribution, and close the file.
