WES Application

I have a question, I want to apply for immigration for Canada. I know that I need to apply for WES IRCC application. But I also want to apply for studying there at the same time.
Can I submit only one WES application that can be send to IRCC and also an educational institute or do i need to create two separate accounts?

Can I use the report produced from ECA application to apply for universities ?
