weird situation i'm facing

hello,
my citizenship application is approaching 18 months now ,five months ago file was transferred to another cic office,one month ago they asked me to submit fingerprints.
all people i know were asjes to do this probably 3 months after submitting their application not 17 months like me.
can any one tell me what might be going on with my application??and why all this delay ??

- what is your working/studying history, did you fill/pay taxes
- what is your residence history, do you have permanent Canadian address or do you move/travel abroad
- do you have any problems with the law in Canada or elsewhere
- do you come from a country that our neighboring presidents would describe as a “shithole” or an “axe of evil”
- did you order GCMS notes, what do they show
