My husband is sponsoring me, we have send our file by January 2019... for quebec and cic and up until early July 2020 we got no response until my husband's credit card had expired and we needed to update it for the file... when he called they said our file is still not processed and only by the the time the do and find some of the info missing or expired they return it and we should file again ....
We had to prepare and submit another file and send it by mid July 2020 ...
We wonder if any had encountered similar matter and if this is normal !!!
2) I was staying with my husband inside canada from January till june as a visitor and had to travel back home ( despite the covid ..... ) coz a six month stay for a visitor had expired
And now I would want to travel back to canada : the question is
- would I b able to enter the country with the covid pandemic hitting every where in the world.
I have read on cic that it's possible and a person could b eligible in case of have a spouse in country ...
