waiting for CSQ for years

Hi people, wish you all great things for this year.
I am from Mauritius, i applied for immigration to Quebec in Oct 2011 and they acknowledge receipt of my file & payment early 2012. So i have my file number dated feb 2012. Since then no news. When i applied, TEFAQ was compulsory and my wife & myself submitted same to authorities. Recently law changed and i had to redo the TEF. I am waiting for the results to submit same to Quebec immigration along with the IELTS results.
Can someone please advise if this is normal to wait so much to get the CSQ letter to go on interview. Anybody in same situation as us ?

Hi Duke,

For Mauritius it took around 2yrs before the laws changed. Now with the new criteria there might be a change in the turnaround time. Patience dude, your time will come.
