Hi everyone,
We have received a PPR Dec 11, 2017. Dec 18 Canada Post tracking system showed that our mail (with passport and other documents) was received. I am wondering, is anyone in the same situation as we are? We are hoping to receive the passport back until Jan 19th. I have my passport since I didn't need to send it to CIC (I am from a country that is visa exempt), but I had to send my wife's passport since she is not from a country that is visa exempt. We have plane tickets for Jan 20 (short trip to the US) and are hoping my wife can come with.
I know the chances are slim we will get it in time, but thought I would ask what other people experiencing/thinking.
Edit: On myCIC it is still saying they are reviewing our application, so no COPR yet.
