Waiting for baby's medical

I hav applied for federal process in sept 2016. N they recieved file on 3 oct 2016 n got aor on 20 feb 2017 got baby csq in aug 2017 n updated his csq on 9 sept 2017 to delhi then i got medical request on 15 sept 2017 without baby . Right now waiting for baby medical how long we have to wait
