voluntary surrender of PR status

We had family PR, which expired in June 2015. Since we had no intentions of settling down in Canada, we were in India and believed that expiry of PR card amounts to closure of status as PR. However, got to know that it remains alive, till specifically surrendered. we intended to do so and get a visitor visa. The voluntary surrender application form is available on the site, but the column contained in para 10 in the form asking for address where you intend to stay while being in Canada. Please guide what to write in it as we do not have any established home over there.

you can indicate that you will be staying in a hotel.

What is UCI/client Id. Is it mentioned on the PR card and if so, where.Thanks

As suggested, to mention stay in Hotel, is it necessary to write the province,address as asked in the application form or is it proper to write " cannot be commented at this stage"
