About my situation, I am already employed by my company and I have a question regarding my VJO application checklist (page 9 of A-0700-EF form).
In this checklist, there are items 6,7 and 8 for the Evidence related to the foreign national and items 9 and 10 for the Evidence related to the foreign national, if he is already employed by you, my question is do I need to complete items 6,7 and 8? In item 7, do I need to provide a copy of official transcript from my university or can I get a copy of unofficial transcript from my university.
