We have a 16 and 9 years old Children and they want to Study in Canada and their mother will be with them , for which one of them we should make a visa profile????

If she apply for a study permit, the details of the children should be filled in her application as an accompanying dependents, and then apply for a TRV for them so they can study when they get there
