First of all, if you would like to apply as Caregiver in Canada, you need to have a prospective employer who will process an LMIA. After getting a positive LMIA, you may apply for a Work Permit to come to Canada and work as a Caregiver/Nanny. As far as I know, no IELTS is required for Nanny for Work Permit application, it will only be needed when you apply for Permanent Residency in Canada after you have worked for 24 months.
