Why did you get RQ?

updates: test date Dec 4, 14

I heard this is how they do things now. When you got RQ, they would give you a test first, then review your RQ later. Some people got oath in 3-5 months after test (just like non-rq), but some got it after years too. Before, they gave test only after the RQ reviewed, and many people didn't show-up anymore during the test.

I hope they already reviewed it. I personally think there is no necessity to issue RQ to any applicant. And if it's already being issued, it shouldn't take more than one month to review it. You don't need to invent something to review some credit card statements, anyway CRA auditor could audit business invoices dated years back plus overseas accounts and businesses, and come back to you with a huge bill in just few months, why CIC is so slow, right? Just my opinion, though.
