Validity of PCC issued by PSK in INDIA

If you are currently residing in India then it is valid till 6 months from date of issue. If you have applied for PR using this PCC then it is unlikely that you will be asked for a new PCC by CIC.
If you are residing outside India then PCC is valid until you visit India again. You can however, visit India once you have applied for your PR and CIC will not request a new PCC in this instance.
