My sister want to sponsor her husband from USA to Canada. Does she has to have a good source of income? And how long this will take?

She needs to show that they can support themselves in Canada without welfare. Posted processing time is one year.

She said he has some criminal record from US, how can she fix this problem? By asking Canada to grant him pardons? Please help.

When did the incident occur? What was it? What was the penalty / fine assigned and when was it completed? Is it just one incident or are there several? The answers could make a very big different in your application.
