US police Certificate - Mail to be picked up

Hello - I submitted my Identity Record check and finger prints to the FBI last week.

FBI: CJIS Division
1000 Cluster Hollow Road
Clarksburg, West Virginia 26306

The following is what my mail service has as an update for me:

2016/02/08 11:47 26301,USA Item is now available for pickup

I don't think any one will pick up the mail. How do I make sure that it gets delivered. Please help.
 
Don't worry. They will pick up the next day or may be two days latet. Mine was the same, and the next day I received a notice that it was picked up.
 
The FBI address is a PO Box, and mail is picked up from there at 5pm everyday. Don't worry :)
 
Does any one know how to contact the FBI office to request expediting the processing?

I have already submitted my PR application. However, US police certificate is missing but I have included proof of submission and explanation letter.

You cannot get it expedited. Your only choice is to wait.
 
It's been almost 3 months but I still have not received my FBI certificate. Is there a way we can contact them? Any help would be much appreciated.

When did you apply? As of yesterday they are processing applications received on Feb 1st.

I submitted on Feb 3rd and it got picked on Feb 9th, 2016. Where can I check the status of applications being processed?

Please let me know. Also, would be great if you can let me know how I could contact them.

You need to call FBI to get an update. 304-625-5590
 
My credit card got charged on April 28, 2016. It's been more than 10 days but I still haven't received my Police certificate yet. Does any one know details about the expected delivery time. Thanks.

You can call FBI customer service for the date of dispatch. Should reach US address with a week.
