Hi. I’m stephen, 29 from Ghana, west Africa. I hold a diploma in mechanical engineering. Also worked in china as a teacher from 2012 to 2018. Currently back to Ghana and hoping to find a job in any field or firm in Canada(any province). I am willing to work at farms, as a driver or security or even as a mechanic. etc. How do I get started and what are my chances?

You will have to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process. As this costs money and it takes time to advertise the job to prove no Canadian or PR can do the job, You will find it near impossible to get a work permit this way. Is there any possibility you could study in Canada?
