My brother sponsored my mother and she got permanent residency. Now my mother living in Canada (in Alberta) as a permanent residence from March 2008. Now my question is:
As my brother already entered into a sponsorship agreement for my mother, will he be able to sponsor my sister again now FOR AINP. By brother did not take any government assistance for my mother, he is an engineer in canada and living in Alberta for 3 years.
