URGENT help needed?

Hi,
Im applying under category 1 from saudi arabia, NOC 1122. we are applying as a family (Me,wife, little daughter) my visa office is London so I will be mailing my initial application to CIO Nova scotia. there few things that i would like to know before i start the whole process,I hope you answer my questions listed below:
1. Do I have to send ORIGINAL education certificates for me and my spouse?
2. Dose my wife has to provide PCC too?
3. Regarding the proof of fund, do i have to include my bank statement within my initial application to CIO, is there any chance i could send it at later stages?
4. as for YOUR TRAVEL form, do i have to fill out the one which is attached with VO checklist?

A simple answer is that NOC1122 had already reached its cap last year and unless you have a job offer from an Employer that too as per the instructions issued by CIC, you can't go ahead with 1122.

Check it first else find another suitable NOC to apply.

I sent the originals transcripts, certificates and degrees but most of the forum members pointed that original certificates and degrees are not required only original transcripts are required. So you can send notarized copies of your degrees and certificates and send original transcripts in university sealed envelope each in separate sealed envelope.
2. Dose my wife has to provide PCC too?
Yes every one over the age of 18 and for every country where one have lived for more than 6 months after reaching the age of 18 years.
3. Regarding the proof of fund, do i have to include my bank statement within my initial application to CIO, is there any chance i could send it at later stages?
Yes definitely and strongly recommended it is one of the requirements without this you have not provided the proof of your financial stability, you can also include your wife's bank statement if you have savings in that account, You do not have to show that you have these funds if you have arranged employment in Canada. As you are three applicants so you need to show at least $17,011. But try to show more than this amount because of the exchange rates.

4. as for YOUR TRAVEL form, do i have to fill out the one which is attached with VO checklist?
Yes while your Visa Office is London you also need to send "SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
Your travels" form.

And please the guideline notes as many times as you can, do not leave any blanks write N/A instead of leaving blank, in form Schedule 1 Back Ground Declaration number 12 write " N/A, I have never been a member of any organization".

In the form Additional Family Information, Section A, write your name as applicant when you fill the form and in the remaining columns your details, and when you fill this form for your wife write her name in the applicant column and then her details in the remaining columns.
