8 months - Software Engineer at Accenture in India
4 months - Startup in New York City as Software Engineer
2.1 Years - Startup in San Francisco Bay Area as Software Engineer
Total - 3.1 years
All the above experience were for 40 hours/week.
I also have a MS in CS from Top 30 Schools in US.
Can I claim that I've 3 years or more under foreign skilled work experience ?
