Hello,
I am applying in FSW - currently in Canada on an LMIA. I got medical done in a physician clinic in BC on friday.

1. THey have an Upfront Medical Type of Famly - EDE for spouse (she is on open work permit), kids (both less than 5) and myself. Is this ok? I have read in the forum about some of them getting Non-EDE / Worker.
2. In the Health case status - it says the health case not yet submitted to CIC. Doctor said his office will transmit it to CIC, but I can upload this receipt as a proof. Is that ok?
3. Tests done were 501, 502, 707 and 712. Do these tests cover all tests required.?

EDE clients are those who are exempted from assessment of excessive demand on the Canadian health care system.

EDE clients are assessed for

 Danger to public health
 Danger to public safety

However, Non-EDE clients are assessed for

 Danger to public health
 Danger to public safety
AND
 Excessive demand on the Canadian health care system

Since you already living in Canada you only had to go through EDE examinations; Non-EDE type exam is for those countries which are more harmful in terms of health hazards as per CIC's perception :)

You must have got your upfront medical exam sheet (a paper with your photo and medical exam details); scan and attach it with your PR application

:)
