not sure what recolonization is to do with university but look here for the designated learning institution list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-institutions-list.asp

I am sorry, its typo error. It's University recognization.

I am international student and completed my studies from India. Could you pls let me know how do I check whether my University is recognized by CIC or not.
