Hi
My son has applied and is expecting Canada pr next jan. he is in usa

We aged 70 are also thinking of immigrating to Canada. We are from india and are considering the best fast track way

I am open to supervisa but it takes time as my son has to get job and show income etc
We are thinking business category. Currently I operate a business in india with turnover 8-10million cad.

What's best fastest way? I heard wait time is couple of years? Somebody pls guide?

Super Visa is still likely the fastest mechanism. Alternatively, you should look at one of the provincial programs. If your French skills are good, the Quebec program is a good one as well.

The Federal program will re-open on July 1, 2012. If you want to go that route, I'd suggest having your application ready for delivery to CIC as soon after July 1, 2012 as possible.

Note their age, they are unlikely to qualify under any program, as CHC will take the attitude that they will be retiring in Canada.
