Under Express Entry, received letter of interest from ONPNP

Hi,
I just completed my express entry profile also created profile in job banks. After CIC accepting my EE. I received a notification in my inbox that Ontario Provincial Nomination Program is interested and i need to submit my application withing 30 days. I have following questions please help me.

1. What i have to do in order to submit the application form.
2. Any guidelines available or anyone had already gone thru this process?
3. Do i need to pay any money.
4. How can i accept/reject
5. what will happen if i reject.
6. what should i have to do if i accept.

Could you please share your timeline with us? For example, when did you create your EE profile? when did it get accepted? when did you receive the PT point of interest from OOPNP?

batcha, what is your CRS score? If it's above 450, you can very well get an ITA without OINP.
Also, did you enter TEF scores in your Express Entry profile?

My CRS is 423 and i have previous work experience in Toronto around 8 years back.
