On August 26, my fiancée and I are scheduled to leave for Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a citizen of Canada. On July 27, 22, I submitted an eTA.

I was required to submit a police certificate with my application, which I did and sent to IRCC. I was also asked to supply more client data, which I did the same day and uploaded to the IRCC. I was 13 when I committed criminal damage in 2006, however my record was later wiped. The kind staff at the IRCC seem quite interested in this.

Since then, nothing has been spoken.

Simply put, the embassy directs me to the IRCC web form.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait for IRCC to complete processing of your eTA. There's no way to expedite processing.

Your application is unfortunately non-standard since you had to answer "yes" to the criminal charges question. This means it's in queue for officer review and will take significantly longer to process. There is a backlog of applications in general which is causing this to take a few months vs. a few weeks.

Good luck and hope you hear something soon.
