Two ghost updates and still nothing

I wonder if anyone is on the same boat as I. Timelines below in signature. Two ghost updates in the past four weeks and still no concrete news.

GCMS note (as of May 1) indicated that my criminality was in progress, medical passed, sexurity not started, eligibility not started. VO is Vancouver (I know it's weird...)

Anyone can shed some light on my application?
