Travelling to US on B1/B2 visa as Canadian PR

Hello,
I am Canadian PR and holder of B1/B2 US visa delivered 4 years ago.
Can I travel to US and come back to Canada for work related reasons? My employer is Canadian.
I ask the question because I heard of an NIE which would be required, but I am not sure. And my US visa was obtained before Covid.

Did you get your US visa before Covid? not sure if that makes any difference, but just asking.

Hi gyz it's urgent I would highly appreciate your help in this case
I got an appointment in July 2022 for the application I applied two years back in 2020 may , but due to Covid my appointment got cancelled so now after two years I got an appointment .
So the DS160 form I filled back two years before is still.valid ? Or should I make another one ?
