Hi,
I currently live in Detroit USA. I got my COPR and planning to enter Canada(Windsor) through land border, stay for couple of days and activate PR and return to USA. I am currently on H1B in USA and my current H1B visa stamp (from my previous employer) and I-94 expires on April 30,2018. I have a I-797 from my new employer with validity until March 2020. I have the following questions:
1.) Can I travel to Canada and return using Automatic Visa Revalidation (AVR) with my expired H1B and expired I-94 and new I-797?
2.) Will I get a new I-94 when I return?
