I have a few questions regarding my wife's Belarusian Police certificate.
The Police Certificate is in Russian and I have the physical copy with me right now I am in Sri Lanka and my wife is no longer in Belarus. We did not get it translated in Belarus.
1. Is it okay to get it translated from a certified Translator in Sri Lanka by showing the original copy or do I need to notarize it by the embassy and then get it translated?
2. Should I take it to Canada to get it translated by a recognized translator in Canada?
3. While uploading the file, if I attach it with the original will it suffice?
4. Do I need to apostille it?
