i have a question.... I am Permanent Resident in Canada now... Am i allow to travel USA with a visa...or I need to get a visa at 2 or 4 way back and forth..I live in Canada for 8 years now..

Response will be appreciated !

Greg

If you needed a visa to enter the US before becoming a PR, being a PR does not now exempt you from applying for one. It may make it easier for you to get one seeing as you have been a PR for 8 years, but you still have to apply for it.

thanks for reply ....

So i need to get one.....even my daughter needs one also...she is only 10 yrs old..

thanks again.. :)

if your daughter is Canadian born no she just needs her birth certificate to cross the border if she is not a Canadian citizen then yes she needs 1

thanks for reply again..

Yes , I need to get one for her...Do I need to pay for the 199.99 US Dollar for the US Visa Stamp? she is my Dependent child.... Because I have already the Visa ...B-1, B-2...

confusing....God..

You have titled the post "transit visa"... I have a B1/B2 visa and was wondering if I could get 2 Canada transiting through US from India... and looks like NO. I will need a C1 transit visa to board a flight that stops in a US city before reaching Canada.
