Toronto Applicants who applied in Month of September 2011 or around it

Hi All,

My applicaiton was received by VO Buffalo on Sept 14 2011. Got AOR email on 27th Sept, followed by Medical request on 30th September. Medicals done on 11 Oct and results received by Ottawa office on 7th November. In between I was also asked for sending the RCMP Clearance certificate based on finger print checks. Those have been sent to VO Buffalo as well 2 weeks ago. All this is happenig but the thing which is concerning is the status on the website is still "application received". Any ideas what is happening here....
Anyone riding the same boat on this forum????

Yeah, looks like we are in the same boat but ur process is alot faster than mine. I submitted my file in July and recieved by buffalo on 28th july and got AOR AND MEDS REQUEST in second week of october and i have already sent my rcmp and meds out. But yeah same status on website "In Process" i don't expect it to change for another 2 months as other people suggested!

Well, you seem to be ahead in the race.. your status is "In Process" but mine is still "Application Received".....
Others, pls share your experience....

everybody has their own lil' story to tell... my application was received on May 17, 2011. it is "in process" as of Oct 26, 2011. So, its going way too fast for you guys.

I don't know if this will help you being patient, but my process started on Sep/2010 and I received my passport back two weeks ago, my immigration process took 14 months.....so be patient.

Are you sure that changed tonight?(sunday) Were you checking everyday?

No, I'm not sure I have been checking last week, but I might have missed it. All I know is that all their e-mails/status updates occured on Sundays.
