Is it possible for an experienced PhD mathematics from Pakistan/India to get any teaching job in CANADA. My experience of teaching is at Secondary, Post-Secondary and University Level. Please discuss for Male and Females opportunities separately. I am seriously thinking of CNADA immigration but I am afraid that I would be able to get a job there or not??? I will be very grateful for your responses.

There's no difference for males vs. females.

At the secondary school level - there are more teachers than jobs in Canada and it tends to be quite difficult to find a job. You also need to have your qualifications recognized by the province you will be working in to be allowed to teach at the secondary school level.

At the post-secondary / university level there is also a great deal of competition for jobs. I can't tell you what the chances are that you would be able to find a job.
