Submitting additional evidence after filing (CHC Islamabad)

Hello All,

My wife and I filed an outland application in March of 2012. I just received an email today from CIC stating that I am eligible for sponsoring my wife and that the case has now been forwarded to the Islamabad Visa Office.

We want to sumbit additional proof of our realationship since filing the application; things like honeymoon pics, air line tickets of my recent travel to Pakistan and Honeymoon spot (Seychelles), phone/text history and receipts of money transfer etc.

I have heard people suggest that, especially in case of Islamabad VO, you would want to do that before the first intial review of your application, otherwise it delays the process even further. Am I okay in sending out the package to the VO at this point; or do I wait a little bit longer so that they have something for certain to consolidate it with?

I dont think there is any harm in sending out the supplemental docs now but do keep in mind that they won't be looking at your app until january at the earliest.
