I and my wife applied for study permit and open work permit and unfortunately our applications were rejected after 5 days because of two reasons including Purpose of visit and Tie to your country.
I am 29 and living in Iran and I graduated from Master's degree 7 months ago in computer software engineering.
I got an acceptance from a college for a one year certificate program related to computer networks covering several international certificates.
I have my own business and company working as an internet service provider in two cities for about 8 years and I want to improve my skills and get some Network certificates to promote my business outlook.
Because of global sanctions there is no exam center in Iran and I have no any alternative ways but to get out my country to get the certificates.
I presented these documents to show my ties to my country:
1) my business contracts and documents(I gave about 40000 cad guarantee cheque)
2) my house deed
3)my wife's house deed
4)my father's house deeds(2)
5)my father's farmlands deed
6)my mother's house deed
6) my father in law shop and garden deeds
7)job offer letter
And the likes.
I am planning to re-apply alone and my wife give up to accompany my during my education.
Also I am writing my study plan again and describing my reasons clearly for this choice rather than studying PhD
What is your suggestion in case of my condition.
