Study Permit application “Pending”

Hello Guys, today I got my CAQ so I instantly did my Study permit to be able to get it by fall 2022, so I finished my whole application and so I was paying, as I wrote the OTP an error message popped up and now it shows that my application has not been completed and is “Pending”
Any advice?

Hey guys. Please tell me Canada is issuing student visas to Russia now or is everything stopped? I want to apply for a student visa, what would you advise now? Will students from Russia be able to study in Canada now?
