Skilled worker with +4 years of experience, including +2 years in Quebec. Currently on temp work permit with LMIA. Is there any option to skip french requirement and obtain PR in Quebec?
I know I can apply for EE but it doesn't apply directly to Quebec. What would be the best solution? What would you recommend?
