Hello everyone,

My work permit under the Start-up Visa program will expire soon and I’m currently in Canada. I think I don’t need to extend my work permit because I can run my business in Canada from my home country (remotely). Will this affect my application (status with AOR number) for permanent residence? Please give me some advice. Thank you very much.

If you could provide solid proof that it is the case and you really can operate your business remotely it should not be any problem.

PFL1 (proof of finance, military form) - July 2023, executed within 10 days.
PFL2 requires a police certificate, biometrics, travel, and family information - August 2023.
On the fifth day after PFL2 received PAL.

PFL2 required documents are still not submitted.

Hello, We are group of 4 and applied for SUV last year one of our partner who applied after one month of my application got the AOR and I am still waiting. Any idea or any similar experiences someone has ? what is the time line when one partner received the AOR and others did not receive. Kindly update. Thanks
